Domenic SERAFINO

Mr. Serafino is a serial entrepreneur. In his 30 years of experience, he has built multiple companies to over $100 million in revenue and have raised more than $300 million from various funding sources. Mr. Serafino has learned that the journey to success is never a solo expedition and requires open, clear and honest dialogue related to goals and aspirations of the individual or the company itself.

As a founding shareholder of HydRx Mr. Serafino is the first independent director of the company and now contributes his vast experience in MedTech and strategic planning as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Trevor FOLK

Mr. Folk has been an early investor and entrepreneur in the medical cannabis sector and founded HydRx Farms Ltd. in 2014 leading the company to obtain its Health Canada Dealer License in October 2016, cultivation license in September 2017, Natural Health Product license in 2022 and Drug Establishment License in 2024.

In 2014 Mr. Folk entered the cannabis space with the intent to deliver pharmaceutical grade medical cannabis to patients in need. Mr. Folk has since become an industry leader in commercialization of natural wellness products and launched 120 items and 14 brands for HydRx and its customers.

Prior to entering the cannabis space Mr. Folk was a director and CEO of a Toronto Stock Exchange listed oil and gas producer with assets in Canada and the United States, growing the company from startup to over $30,000,000 inannual revenue in three years. Mr. Folk had entered the energy space after a 10 year history as President, Chief Investment Officer, and Portfolio Manager of an Ontario Securities Commission registered commodity trading firm and commodity investment fund manager in Toronto.
